Our experienced team brings 10+ years of community service, leadership, and outreach experience to support education, health, and wellness programs with compassion and purpose.
PAEFA is led by a committed team of community leaders, health professionals, educators, advisors, and volunteers who believe in the power of education and wellness to transform lives. Together, our team works to support Bhutanese refugees, low-income families, and underserved communities through scholarships, health awareness, mentorship, community outreach, and meaningful partnerships.

Executive Director & Co-Founder
Indira Adhikari Subedi co-founded PAEFA to honor the life and legacy of her brother, Pritamber “Pritam” Adhikari. Her leadership helps guide the foundation’s mission of education, health awareness, and community service.
Acting-Chairman
Narayan Subedi serves as Chairman of PAEFA, helping guide the organization’s vision, leadership, and commitment to serving Bhutanese communities through meaningful programs and partnerships.
Health & Wellness Coordinator
Dr. Rhea Sharma supports PAEFA’s health and wellness initiatives, helping promote community education, prevention, and access to trusted health resources.
